Mandy Tyler

Mandy is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the San Antonio, TX area.  Mandy received her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, she is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, a Licensed Athletic Trainer, and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Mandy's education has provided her with a unique background focused on nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness. She utilizes her educational background along with her passion for wellness to provide nutrition consulting services to promote overall health and well-being.

Mandy believes the key to reaching one’s full potential relies on a healthy nutritional foundation. In addition to being a dietitian, Mandy is married and the mom of two children.  Mandy enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, especially at the lake.
