Hi, I am Maria Yakimchuk.

I am a Certified Transformational EFT Coach who helps moms struggling to find joy and fulfillment in motherhood, clear past traumas and emotional blocks, so they can live in alignment with their authentic selves.

My goal and mission is to give moms tools to be able to heal their own traumas, discover their true authentic power, and be able to create motherhood experiences that are in line with their visions.

I work towards my mission by helping moms heal their anxiety and depression, and by helping them release any negative societal messaging that stands in their way. When you are able to heal from your traumas and your shame, you are able to be the mother you have always envisioned yourself to be - loving, patient, empathetic, in alignment with her goals and mission in life.

I do all of this with the help of EFT and self-compassion work.
