Do you feel called to a higher purpose? Then meet Maricela E. Alvarez, the founder of Mind Light Wellbeing. She is a Certified Professional Development Coach with an emphasis in Life and Career Coaching as well as a Certified CAPPA Postpartum Doula and a New Parent Educator. She is passionate about providing nonjudgmental support and creates a safe and calm space for her clients to grow and transform in. Maricela has expertise in supporting parents during the postpartum period, providing professional coaching, speaking to large groups along with facilitating classes and group discussions. Maricela specializes at coaching small business owners, career driven persons, parents, teenagers, those struggling to navigate life, those seeking spirituality and especially all those who desire to transform their life! When coaching her clients, she will implement when appropriate practices such as mindfulness, meditation, EFT tapping, as well as other energy healing methods. Maricela also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chicano Studies with a Minor in Psychology. When Maricela is not coaching clients she is busy being a wife, mother to four teenage boys and volunteering in her community.
