Advertiser Questions

Can I edit my profile?

You can edit your listings by logging in, going to your Dashboard under your picture at the top-right of your screen, then selecting the listing you wish to edit and clicking “edit”.  When finished editing, don’t forget to click “Submit for Approval” before exiting!

What size should my Helper Listing profile photo be?

Helper profile images should be square, and the person/logo should be in the center, leaving room to crop to the left, top and right. Your Helper profile image should be about 500px x 500px. You can use our templates on Canva.com to create or edit your profile pic.

What size should my Content Listing images be?

Content Listing featured images should be 900 x 506 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio).  The crucial part of the image should be in the center with space to crop around edges if needed. Images within the body of the article should be max width 660px.

How do I add a video?

Your video first needs to be published on Youtube, Vimeo, etc.  Then, copy and paste the video URL into the Video listing field.  Don’t forget to click “Update”!

How can I reach customer support?

Contact us anytime through our Support Page.  We aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours (usually sooner). 

How do I cancel auto-renew?

You can change to manual renewal by logging into your account, going to your Advertiser Dashboard –> Subscriptions, then Viewing each one and toggling Off next to “Auto renew”.

How can I cancel/refund my order?

If you would like to to cancel your listing, log in to your account and navigate to your Subscriptions area.  Select which subscription/listing you would like to cancel, then select “Cancel”.  Your listing will remain Published for the remainder of the billing period you paid for (until the next renewal date), then it will un-publish and your billing method will not be re-charged at that time.  For more information see our Account Questions area. 

I’m not getting notifications!

Make sure to check your Spam folder and also, that you have the right email address listed in your Account Details.  This email may be different from the one displayed publicly in your published listings.

Where is my listing/order?

We manually review each and every listing that comes in to make sure it is free of obscenities, profanities and other problems listed in our TOS.  We try to approve listings as soon as possible.  You will receive an email notification when your listing is published and shareable.

Do I have to go anywhere?

We ask all our Helpers to specify whether they can provide local visits or online meetings.  Visit our main Explore page to find a good match for your needs.
