MONKEY MASHUP CODE OF CONDUCT
Thank you for being part of The Monkey Mashup community. We expect all Users on The Monkey Mashup to be respectful of the Site, Services, Listing Owners and other Users. This Code of Conduct sets forth our expectations for The Monkey Mashup Users’ and Listing Owners’ behavior (collectively “Users” for this Code of Conduct). Consistent with our Terms of Use, violation of this Code of Conduct may be grounds for suspension or termination from the Site. This Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”) is incorporated by reference into The Monkey Mashup’s (“The Monkey Mashup,” “we,” or “us”) Terms of Use and governs your use of the Site and Services (as such terms are defined in the Terms of Use). All capitalized terms have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use, or as otherwise defined in The Monkey Mashups other agreements, including but not limited to this Code of Conduct, The Monkey Mashup Terms of Use, Listing Owner Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Data Use Policy. (In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Use shall control.) BY USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE AND THE SERVICES, AND/OR BY REGISTERING WITH US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS CODE OF CONDUCT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY IT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS CODE OF CONDUCT OR OUR TERMS OF USE, YOU CANNOT USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
The Monkey Mashup is committed to providing a great medium to seek advice, services, referrals, suggestions and to participate in ongoing conversations.
As a condition to accessing the Site and the Services, you agree to strictly adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful, infringing, tortious or harmful manner; in any way that violates another party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or in any way that otherwise interferes with the operation, use or enjoyment of any service, system or other property.
Without limiting any of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not (and you agree not to allow any third party to):

You may submit inquiries concerning possible service or advice, and/or post Content and/or participate in the interactive or community features of the Site (“Posted Information”), which may (without limitation) take the form of feedback for Listing Owners, general inquiries, or to participate in the other interactive and community features of the Site. In providing feedback, please give clear, honest information about the Listing Owner and your experiences, and do not use inappropriate language, make gratuitous personal criticisms or comments or include information that others could use to determine your identity. When participating in interactive or community aspects of the Service, please do not post any information that another User or Listing Owner may use to individually identify you, and instead please include all relevant information in a concise manner to help us provide you with a helpful response.
We reserve the right to publish your Posted Information as part of the Services and to also remove your Posted Information for any reason. We are not, however, responsible for any failure or delay in posting or removing Posted Information. Keep in mind that the Posted Information of others is simply opinion and should not be relied on. We are under no obligation to monitor Posted Information, exercise editorial control or the conduct of our Users on the Site, but we may monitor materials at random. Any materials we find in our discretion to violate the Terms of Use or this Code of Conduct may be removed. If we are notified by a User that any User materials on the Site violate these rules, we may investigate and determine in good faith whether we agree with such allegation, in which case we may remove or request the removal of User materials. We are not required to make any such investigation or to remove any User materials, and we will not be liable to any User for taking or not taking such actions.

The foregoing is a partial list of the kind of content and communications that are illegal or prohibited on/through the Site. The Monkey Mashup reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in accordance with the Terms of Use.
We respect the rights of all copyright holders.
We built The Monkey Mashup to help people. To achieve this purpose, we require our Users to share truthful and accurate information and not to violate the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, this Code of Conduct requires that information posted by Users be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights, anti-spam legislation or other rights of third parties.
